He was a section 16 officer at Official Payments (OPAY), a publicly traded company in US. Key executive who helped transform EBITDA from negative $2 million to positive $8.8 million and sold company to ACI Worldwide. As SVP at FleetCor he turned around their direct fuel card unit and grew their private label card business 30%. He held several leadership roles at HSBC in US and Hong Kong launching new businesses, growing existing ones delivering high shareholder value. Before HSBC Mr. Garg raised capital and founded a new business. He spent over 10 years in Management Consulting with tier 1 firms in US and Technology consulting with TCS in India. He has an Engineering degree from IIT, Varanasi and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, USA. Attended early conferences on crypto currencies in Washington DC in 2012-13. He is directing Chainworks with its financial services / payment processing product strategy using Blockchain, and advising its customers in this vertical.
